Peek a Boo, the Anglo-Parrot is in danger. Yes, I said a parrot!

A complaint was made about a parrot in Napierville because it couldn't speak French.

Just like a baby, if you swear around it, eventually it will mimic you!

A parrot is the same way, it doesn't learn on it's own. Someone has spoken to it in English and it is now mimicking English. The person that made the complaint should of been visted by the animal rights groups and fined for his life for being that stupid.

This is not only embarrassing when other countries read about this happening in Quebec. It's really stupid!
